OPS Namcheon Branch

OPS Namcheon Branch is the original flagship bakery of the renowned Busan bakery brand, first opened in 1989 as Samik Bakery before becoming OPS in 1994. Famous for its handcrafted breads and pastries, the bakery is especially known for its Cheese Manju, Pollock Roe Baguette, Cream Puffs, and Hagwonjeon sponge cakes. Combining traditional baking techniques with carefully selected natural ingredients, it has become a beloved destination for both locals and visitors. The bakery has also been recognized with one Blue Ribbon Survey award, highlighting its reputation as one of Busan's finest bakeries.
