Myeongran Brand Lab is a unique dining and cultural destination inspired by Choryang, Busan, the historical birthplace of salted pollock roe (myeongran). The café serves creative dishes such as mentaiko oil pasta, risotto, and signature brunch menus featuring premium pollock roe, complemented by panoramic views of Busan North Port from its rooftop. Combining local history, gastronomy, and scenic views, it offers a one-of-a-kind experience for both food lovers and travelers. The venue was selected as one of the 2025 Taste of Busan restaurants.
